The CRGO Cut to Length Line is a versatile solution designed to cut variously shaped legs, yokes, and limbs, catering to the core lamination production needs of electrical products like transformers, reactors, CT/PT, etc. The machine offers different models (300/400/600/1000) based on the width of the material to be cut. Configuration options include single or double head decoilers, hole punch units, V notching units, 45° shear, and 135° shear. The 45° shear is adjustable to 90°, making it suitable for straight cutting rectangle shapes. Featuring a fixed-type shear for increased stability, extended lifespan, and faster working speed compared to swing shears, the cut-to-length line is characterized by a rigid and solid structure, energy efficiency, and low noise.
