By accessing this website and placing orders with Trafo Engineering Ltd., you agree to the following terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices shown are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. Prices for "Request a Quote" items are indicative only and confirmed upon quotation.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment or signed purchase order for credit accounts. We accept bank transfer, bKash, and cash on delivery for eligible orders.

Warranty

Products carry manufacturer warranties as specified in product documentation. Trafo Engineering provides 12 months installation warranty on all turnkey projects.

Returns & Refunds

Defective products may be returned within 7 days of delivery with original packaging. Custom-manufactured panels and project-specific equipment are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

Trafo Engineering shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the product in question.
